In this world’s severe pandemic situation half of worlds populations is affected by losing their Income Sources like jobs, shutting down their businesses. So, in such a situations also some tricks may work to find a new job easily… Here we go as Follows…..
Option 1
- Daily visit Official site of Minimum 5 companies and go to Careers section, where you can see present available vacancies.
- Update your profile every day between 8-10 am on Naukri.com, Indeed.com. Now to update the profile is to delete your yesterday’s updated (biodata / rum). Please, re-upload the updated (bio / data).
- The headline of your profile is better. Should be, so that without H.R. It will be easier for people to find exactly what they want.
- Then create your own profile on the linkedin.com website.
- Owners of different companies on LinkedIn, H.R. from different companies. Contact people working in different companies,
- Make more connections in LinkedIn.com
- Follow the official accounts of the companies.
- You can find a job on LinkedIn; Alerts can be turned on for notifications.
- All of the above work is 1 hour long, even if you do it regularly, chances to get a job Will increase easily.
Option 2
โช Create an excel sheet or a note-book with columns like company name, email address, contact number should be prepared. Note it regularly.
โช The names of the companies of your field / area where you are looking for a job should be extracted by Google Search Engine. (5 companies per day) and note vacancies regularly.
โช Company name, email address, contact number, etc will be easily available on companiesโ site and Official LinkedIn Accounts.
โช Now, email them using the emails you have received from sites and accounts.
โช It is important to include the subject in the email. Then, with cover letter and your CV with it. Repeat this for another 4 companies.
โช Now, you have the contact details of company, contact them and inform them about your strengths and ask if there is any opening in your company as per the information given.
โช If so, you will get HR’s Email Address. Now send the letter and CV back to their email address.
โช Next is Finding people who work in this company and re-entering the same company through them.
The main thing is that you are applying to the same company 3 times.
This means that, you apply the above method in 5 companies daily, then in 8 days you apply in 40 companies and in 1 month 150 companies and at least 2-3 out of 40 or 150 companies will call you for interview. Isn’t it…???? Surely This can happen…!!! Even if you decide to do that all the above work, it will take a maximum of 2 to 3 hours, then who says surely that You can’t get a job!
You will get a job with surety…!!!
Where do we go wrong when looking for a job…??
- Finding a job without leaving the comfort zone.
- Sending CV which is not correct, it will be formatted incorrectly.
- Wrong way to apply or wrong way to send email.
- CV lacks the required information or not provided the required information in proper way.
