So, you can customize it as well you also can receive approval the best way to receive it is to give some of them to your contacts first and then they will be more likely to give you endorsements in written recommendations. These approvals will give you more chances to stand out among other applicants and verify your skillsets.
Follow the profiles of the companies you like or where you want to work. Because then you can see when people leave or join the company when they post new jobs and if you have any connections with that company sometimes you have a friend who knows people at the certain company and it can help you to approach the hiring manager and get a job there.

But, make sure that you follow the policy of the group otherwise you can get just blocked so guys as you see LinkedIn is a very powerful social media platform and they definitely helps you to connect with many Dubai-based employers and recruitment groups and apply for jobs directly.
